SarahEwen_smHello and welcome to my first blog!

After 10 years working in London in the world of Public Affairs turning my hand to everything from event management, PA work, office management and later sales and marketing, I decided to move out of the big smoke, first to Brighton, then back to my home town of Salisbury. When children came along, so did the need to work from home and I grabbed an opportunity to run my first social media campaign – learning fast and on the job.

I am fascinated by the fast-changing world of social media and the opportunities if offers to so many businesses that previously had no budget for traditional marketing or knowhow of how to promote themselves.

It’s not about a quick sale – it’s about making customers for life. Nurture your audience and they will be loyal to you. And this is where we come in. We ensure your customers are being listened to and respond on behalf of your brand, keeping customers happy and loyal while building a positive brand image.

After several exciting years of delivering great results for my clients, I am finally getting round to doing my own website and thrilled that I can now share what I have learnt in these blogs – my top tips, industry news and tactics that have worked or not worked for me.

So where to begin? Well, the first step in any social media campaign is to build a strong strategy that takes into account what you’re trying to achieve, who your customers are, what your competition is doing and of course must tie in to your brand’s overall business goals. So, stay tuned my next blog, I’ll be talking about how to build a successful Social Media strategy..
